Maturity is about reproduction, not just production

The distinction between activity and production lies in the ability to effect real transformation in one's life and in the lives of others. While many people stop at the point of production, real maturity is about reproduction. It involves using one's God-given grace and gifts to train others to produce in the same manner, thereby extending the impact beyond individual capabilities.
