Attention should be directed towards things that genuinely matter in life. Activities pursued for fun must provide real enjoyment, and those sought for escape should offer the desired relief. Avoid getting swept away by overstimulation, which can lead to a state where time slips away unnoticed and attention is consumed unintentionally.
