Documenting responsibilities should focus on specific tasks that require improvement or scaling in business operations. Instead of attempting to document every responsibility, one should identify key processes that lack consistency or that will be heavily utilized as the business grows. For each selected task, create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that includes a clear and simple name, the designated owner responsible for its execution and quality control, and necessary tools to effectively carry out the task.
