Memory creation involves four essential steps: First, the brain absorbs all sensory inputs and converts them into neurological language. Second, it combines these separate neural activities into a unified pattern of interconnected associations. Next, the brain integrates the information into a neural circuit, linking everything together. Finally, the brain stores this patterned information for retrieval as memory, completing the process of memory formation.
