I suspect that sleep is a missing part of that explanatory ation. I have one question, which is your saying that across the night, a greater percentage of these 90 minute cycles are going to be occupied by rem sleep as you progress the night. If let's say you finally get to lie down at three ama time, when normally your sleep would be occupied mostly by rapid eye movement sleep. Will you experience a greater entage of rapid eye movementSleep because of these so called circadian forces, meaning that's what's appropriate for that time? Or will your system need to start at the beginning of the race that as as i'm referring to it 're calling sleepifr if that
