Maximization itself is not the problem, it's the decision-making process. When dealing with FOBO (fear of better options), you must be comfortable letting go of what you can't have. Choose one thing and permanently eliminate the others. Gratitude is important in managing FOBO, recognizing the options we have and being happy with our decision.
