NOTE

Seeking love for who we are, not what we do

We often seek validation and love for our achievements, wanting the world to love us for who we are, not for what we do. However, we tend to love ourselves for what we do, not for who we are. We tie our self-worth to our accomplishments, such as hitting certain milestones, gaining popularity, and achieving success. True self-love involves feeling comfortable and sufficient independent of our daily performance and achievements, being stripped of all accomplishments and still feeling worthy. It's about questioning whether we would still feel loved and cared for by others even without our achievements.
