The Role of Chylomicrons in Healing the Gut

To heal your gut and introduce more fruits, avoid fats like coconut oil and focus on different mechanisms like fish oil. LPSs, little pieces of ship, ride in through the gut wall on saturated fats called chylomicrons. By preventing LPS from breaching the gut wall, you can keep your immune system from being constantly activated. While a long-term low-fat diet isn't recommended, it's important to consider the initial phase of gut healing by avoiding certain fats.
