NOTE

Information Overload: Seek Quality, Not Quantity

An excess of information does not guarantee the emergence of truth; in fact, much of it is unsubstantiated and misleading. Just as overeating, particularly junk food, detracts from health, a surfeit of information can cloud judgment and understanding. Truth is a rare and costly commodity that demands significant investment of time, effort, and resources for accurate production. It represents only a small fraction of all available information. To achieve genuine clarity and insight, a discerning approach to information consumption is vital, emphasizing quality over quantity.
