Achievement and happiness are independent variables, according to small-business owner Sofy Bacot. Don't become fixated on outcomes, and remember that achieving a lot doesn't guarantee happiness. Michael Phelps won 25 gold medals, but he still needed to find purpose after his last win. So, strive for success but don't base your happiness on it.
