Ye, i think pretty straightforward. And at what you focus on expense. You know, any focuson what's beautiful, what's beautiful will expand within you. And the world you focus on, you know, what you don't love or you don't enjoy, ah, that will expand. And is so much beautiful about us. So focusing and loving who we are, what we have, ah, we'll only bring healing and expansion within ourselves.
