Simple vs. Easy

Simple and easy are often conflated, but they have distinct meanings.
Complex things are intertwined, while simple things stand alone.
Easy things are familiar; simple things can be hard to create.
Strive for simplicity, even if it's harder upfront, for long-term maintainability and flexibility.
Beware of easy solutions that increase complexity by creating dependencies.
