i focused at home here through the lens of the failed state of a rack. Yet, there was one specific aspect of the araki civil war that really stood out to me as an alarm bell for us. With full liberty, oil revenue divisions are certainly manageable. But the thing that was truly difficult to deal with with was the grievances.
