AI has been reported to significantly improve productivity for 72% of users. Usage of AI in the workplace is higher among younger generations, with 37% of Gen Zers and 35% of Millennials using it compared to 25% of Gen Xers and 17% of baby boomers. Additionally, ethnic groups vary in AI usage, with 23% of white workers using AI compared to 36% of Hispanic workers, 38% of black workers, and 41% of Asian employees. Concerns about AI impact on jobs are prevalent, as 42% of employees and 38% of managers express concern, especially among lower-earning individuals. 47% of those earning $50,000 or less are concerned about AI's impact, compared to 39% and 36% of those earning between $50,000-99,000 and $100,000 or more, respectively.
