This trend is observed across various knowledge industries, where automation and AI are replacing the need for human workers. This poses a major societal challenge, as highly educated individuals will face a decrease in job opportunities worldwide. To address this issue, open innovation and generative jobs through open source technology could be potential solutions to mitigate the impending impact of AGI and productivity on the job market.
