The governor is the most important job people don't understand, Walker says. Georgia is one of five states that does not have a public accommodations law. So if the federal law falls, in Georgia, the governor will make the decision. If we want democracy to continue, there's already conversation in Georgia about shifting from a winner take all state with when it comes to the Electoral College.
