Don't believe in dogmatic rules; test and experiment. Verify theories with experiments. Do lots of tests and take feedback from others to improve. Record a podcast to listen to yourself talk. It helps identify areas for improvement in thinking and speaking. It makes you a clearer and more concise thinker. Over his venture career, he has worked with such companies as GrubHub, Nextdoor, OpenTable, Stitch Fix, Uber, and Zillow.
