The myth that humans only use 10 to 20 percent of their brains is false. In reality, we use most of our brain most of the time. The brain can change and adapt through processes like synaptogenesis and neurogenesis, which allow for the formation of new connections and neurons. This means the brain can continuously evolve and improve, adapting to new challenges and experiences, making it a remarkable and dynamic organ.
