If you don't have enough leaders, you can't bring on new students and keep them. And that's where you'll see like what it's our model from across the board as a church is pray, care, feed, lead. Like we need to be, I mean, honestly, gut check for a second. Have you prayed with four year leaders this week?Like have you prayed for your people and your students? Care is like, what are their needs? Are you checking in with them?
