Belief autolysis is like a cell eating itself, and it happens when we have limiting beliefs. By writing down our beliefs and questioning them, we can uncover their origins and realize that many of our beliefs were handed down to us. Through belief autolysis, we can dissolve these beliefs and make room for new ones or choose to have fewer beliefs.
