NOTE

True Confidence is Comfort, Not Chaos

Confidence should be redefined away from misconceptions of it being a burst of energy or dominance. Instead, true confidence stems from a sense of comfort and safety, both internally and externally. Building confidence is about feeling at home in one's environment, realizing that one is allowed to act freely without fear of judgment or rejection. Society often pressurizes individuals to shrink back to allow others to feel more comfortable, but this is counterproductive. Confidence is not dependent on social status or energy levels; it can coexist even in unfavorable conditions, such as illness. To cultivate confidence, individuals should step outside their comfort zones gradually, using small actions as evidence for their ability to engage confidently in broader contexts. This shift in perception helps in creating a more positive self-assessment of capabilities, allowing one to interact more freely with others.
