Starting with addressing your current state before diving into strategies is crucial. Many people tend to jump straight into strategizing when faced with challenges, but this approach may be less effective if their state is low. If individuals first focus on changing their state from low to higher energy, they are likely to have a more enabling story and, consequently, more effective strategies. Therefore, it's important to consider one's state before developing a narrative or implementing a strategy, as addressing the state can significantly impact the outcome.
