The point of planning is so that i can get all the junk out of my head at one time. By doing all my planning at front, i can save myself time later in the day when i wouldn't know what i should be doing. A stragegy that can go along nicely with this is having bit of a start up ritual wher. It's easier for us to focus on things we want to be focusing on.
