NOTE

Plant Protein Requires More Effort

Plant-based protein sources, such as beans, nuts, and potatoes, generally require significantly larger quantities to achieve the same protein intake as animal products. For instance, obtaining 20 grams of protein from meat may only need around 70 grams, while the equivalent from potatoes could exceed one kilogram. Additionally, many plant foods contain anti-nutritional factors that lower the digestibility and bioavailability of the protein, making it harder for the body to extract and utilize the protein effectively compared to animal sources.
