Life is like a soundboard with different levels such as financial success, family, relationships, fitness, and other priorities. It is impossible to excel at all areas simultaneously; instead, one should focus on different priorities at different stages of life. While balance is often talked about on a daily basis, true success comes from going all in on specific areas for extended periods. By focusing intensively on specific priorities for a period, one can then shift focus to other aspects while maintaining excellence. Managing life levels requires a long-term perspective, looking at months, years, or a decade, rather than just daily schedules. By maxing out efforts in certain areas over time, one can then adjust focus to other priorities without compromising success. This approach allows for creating the desired life 10 to 15 years in the future by managing priorities effectively.
The MFCEO Project is all about action and execution. But that doesn't mean action without thinking or execution without reflection. In this episode of the podcast, Andy Frisella gets all philosophical and further unpacks his definition and understanding of success. This is part 1 of a 4-part series called "Recalibrate," a series meant to refresh your understanding of the core principles of success and get you reoriented and ready for the new year.
