Prayer and Justice

God's response to prayer is not just a simple yes or no, but an invitation for a transformation of the heart. Prayer without justice is incomplete, as is justice without prayer. Activism driven solely by urgency and not by patient prayer often leads to burnout and anger. By hoping in the Lord, one can find renewal of strength and power to sustain long-term justice work.
