Scott and Cara receive a question from a listener asking about balancing time with kids and other responsibilities without feeling guilty. Scott shares that he tries to find moments throughout the day for each of his kids and communicates with them regularly. He believes that feeling guilty is inevitable, but he doesn't let it bother him too much. Scott also suggests that men should take economic responsibility for their families, even if it means making sacrifices. He personally didn't see much of his kids when they were young, but now he has the resources and flexibility to spend time with them. However, he admits that he struggles with being present due to being in his head a lot.
