Showing Up and Not Causing Trouble

The speaker was a double legacy at high school and rarely missed a day. Despite once getting suspended for a day for a minor incident, they were generally well-behaved and showed up consistently. Even though the speaker daydreamed a lot and struggled academically, they never caused trouble and were not disruptive in class.
