Arguments on Overtraining and Energy Deficit in Athletes

In a study, chairs were raised and there was a debate about whether overtraining or energy deficit caused problems. To avoid an energy deficit, participants consumed at least 10 grams of carbohydrate per kilogram per day. Overtraining seemed to result from the accumulation of fatigue.
