Expulsion of Anti-Semitic Students on Campus

Students who engage in anti-Semitic behavior on campus, such as preventing Jewish students from accessing buildings and advocating violence against them, should be expelled unequivocally. Regardless of any political stance on Israel, targeting individuals because of their ethnicity or religion is morally unacceptable. The comparison with the lack of protests against China's atrocities towards Uyghurs highlights the inconsistency in responses. While protesting against injustice is valid, supporting violence and advocating for the murder of a specific group, as seen in some campus protests, is morally wrong. The influence of external funding from countries like Qatar, which have ties to extremist ideologies, can contribute to the confusion and radicalization of students. Consequently, expulsion of students engaging in anti-Semitic behavior is crucial to uphold the core values of universities and prevent the spread of hatred and violence on campus.
