NOTE

Spontaneous vs Responsive Libido: Understanding Sexual Desires

The difference between spontaneous and responsive libido is explained. Sex drives in movies are portrayed as always spontaneous, but in reality, some people become aroused through physical touch first and then the panting comes later. Women tend to have a more responsive libido while men lean towards a spontaneous one, but there is overlap. Having a responsive libido or a spontaneous libido doesn't determine sexual desire. Two women can have different levels of arousal at the start of sex, but both end the encounter with positive feelings. It's not about panting first, but being confident you will reach arousal.
