Building a strong company culture involves intentionally defining the way of work, also known as culture, and balancing between hiring individuals with existing skills who need to adopt the culture and hiring good learners who can be taught and molded. While many tend to seek ready-made individuals, investing time to build infrastructure to teach and integrate newcomers can be a competitive advantage. Implementing internal curriculums and training programs, like a product bootcamp, can prepare employees for future leadership roles and align them with the company's vision, establishing a pathway for growth and success within the organization.
