The Debate on Israel's Legitimacy
The UN began with around 50 countries in 1945, but now has 193 countries. Many of these countries were created after 1945. It's interesting how Israel is often questioned for its legitimacy, despite being created by a UN vote. Pakistan was also created the same year, yet no one questions its legitimacy. Both countries have the right to exist and shouldn't be dismissed as colonial constructs.
