Interviewing Writers: Asking About the Bottom Fourth of the Resume
When interviewing writers, I like to ask about the bottom fourth of their resume to see if they can entertain and intrigue me. If they can't, I don't want to work with them. I also like to ask a fun question at the end of the interview to see how they respond. Overall, I want to be impressed and interested by the people I work with.
