The Dynamics of Self-Organization and Autopoiesis

When you bring in other states into your flow operators, you destroy the old structure and create a new one. Self-organization happens at multiple levels and depends on initial conditions and flow operators. In order to understand self-organization, we need to consider the dynamics at different scales. The trerogy principle implies autopesis, but autopesis has more complexity. The question is how to achieve self-preservation.
