Emotions are powerful energy that cannot be ignored. Avoiding difficult tasks or overwhelming emotions may bring temporary relief, but it reinforces the problem and leads to increased negative energy. By avoiding challenging tasks, you forfeit the opportunity to gain valuable feedback and experience, perpetuating the belief that you can't handle them. Instead of complete avoidance, start small and commit to working on the task for a short period to build resilience and confidence, viewing emotions as skills to be practiced and mastered.
