NOTE

10lb of wet hops per cask

The process involves using half of what is needed and half of what is available. In the wet-up project, there are about 40 different asks in various stages, all aging for three months on the way up. The beer is aged on wet-hops for 15 months, with some casks being on wet-hops for 15-16 months. Some casks are on second use strata wet-ups, with one cask having double the strength by using 20 pounds instead of 10 pounds of wet hops in one pass. This results in three different components of three different ages in the process.
