The minimal state allows for freedom and self-ownership. It allows for different lifestyles and experiments, as long as others are not harmed. You can start a communist compound or a community without liberals or conservatives. It's like a laboratory where we can learn from different strategies. While not perfect, it respects people's rights. This idea is jokingly referred to as the best of all possible worlds based on Leibnitz's philosophy.
