Efficient Workload Management for Faster Results
Workload management is the key to efficient work. By limiting the tasks on our plate to only two at a time, we can execute efficiently and get things done faster. Instead of focusing on doing work faster, we should focus on smarter workload management systems that keep less on our plate at the same time. Overhead is the issue causing overload, and we need systems and organizational buy-in to address it. This is not about doing less work, but about improving coordination and collaboration to produce higher work output per year.
