Every report does better theoretically because they have a manager.
And the reason is, is because that manager is really an accountability partner, and a thought partner. They're saying, what are your priorities? What are you going to do? And and then later checks, did you actually do them?
And the CEO is the only person that doesn't have a manager? And therefore, they usually don't perform as well as if they did.
