Investing power into an object disconnects from inherent nature

Investing all power into an object, like Sauron did with the One Ring, disconnects one's power from the body and inherent nature. When power is solely in an eternal, indestructible object, the individual is separated from the natural connection present within the body and environment. This separation from the field of existence allows for the embodiment of pure power and ultimate evil, enabling complete detachment from the natural order.
