Work becomes amazing when aligned with intrinsic impulses, not because work itself is bad. Roles and devotions are responsibilities or activities that bring joy and fulfillment outside of paid work. Unlike paid work, they are chosen for the feelings they evoke, such as relationships, volunteering, or caregiving, which are based on the joy they bring rather than monetary compensation.
