We have a tremendous amount of information about what is good for the brain but we need to focus on how people apply it at their homes. If you think you retired and you can lie down on the beach, that's great for a few months,. But if you continue, that's going to be the fastest point of decline from cognition. And so i think a more focus needs to go towards that, the translation of all this amount of information we have.
