Understanding how the subconscious mind functions is crucial for behavior change. Willpower alone cannot control the subconscious mind. Applying superficial remedies like positive thinking or behavior modification without addressing the root cause is like trimming the weeds without removing the roots. Instead of delving into the origin of issues, the focus should be on uprooting the underlying causes. This approach leads to a complete eradication of symptoms and prevents the problem from recurring. Once the roots are removed from the subconscious level, the issue does not resurface.
Board Certified hypnotist & Goodwin Hypnosis founder Todd Goodwin joins us for his second appearance to discuss why we should treat the mind like a garden, why revelation is not the same as resolution, why labels can be counterproductive, and much more!
