However, risks include being in businesses that are not their core strengths, such as sports, and exposure to economic weaknesses. The key thing to watch is their ability to churn out good creative content. Despite a high price-to-earnings ratio, measures like cost restructuring can improve profits and earnings. Disney is in a strong position in the streaming industry due to their diversification and avoidance of bidding wars.
