A Mother's Struggle in a UN Shelter
Samah Al Farrah, a 46-year-old mother of 10, and her family are living in dire conditions in a UN shelter in Drahfah. They sleep on the dirty, muddy sand with no sanitation or garbage collection, and the cold winter weather offers no protection in their tent. They feel unsafe due to the sound of Israeli airstrikes and have no food to eat, with her six-year-old daughter going hungry. Samah has resorted to begging for clean water to feed her children.
