Because ADHD is a neuro diversity, different things work for different people, and it is important to be mindful of the ADHD productivity sleep cycle./nIt is helpful to have a structure to one's day, such as having an accountability partner or starting work at a certain time, in order to help with distractions and to allow the ADHD person to transition into the workday./nCardio exercise is one of the most important things nonmedicine-wise that people with ADHD can do to help them be more productive.
