NOTE

Scaling what works: Do more of what Works

A common mistake people make is scaling something before ensuring that it is working effectively. Hiring and scaling a flawed system only creates bigger problems. Instead, it is important to focus on what is working and do more of that. Slowing down and assessing the effectiveness of the existing system before growing it is crucial. Delegating tasks to others is also essential, but it should be done thoughtfully by considering strengths, weaknesses, and overall vision. Simply making something bigger does not automatically make it better or eliminate problems.
