Transition into Cooperative Group Behavior and Division of Labor in Humans
Cheating is recognized and deemed as not the way it's supposed to happen in large social groups requiring cooperation. In the transition between 2.5 million and 1.8 million years ago, there was a shift towards division of labor and cooperative behavior in humans, marked by males playing a significant role in offspring care and provisioning resources. This transition also saw the coexistence of tool use, cooperative groups, larger brains, and loss of sexual dimorphism.
