Emporium and Motivation System in School

The school has a motivation system called Emporium where students earn in-school currency, alphas, that can be spent on items. Students can suggest adding items to the Emporium and spend their alphas on these items. Additionally, students can set up one-on-one motivations with guides where they have a customized learning plan to achieve specific goals, like acquiring certain skills or completing a specific number of sessions to earn big rewards.
